Founded in 1879, the LIBF is one of the institutes in the UK with a royal charter. It is committed to providing professional and practical financial courses and financial capability qualifications to cultivate talent for the global financial industry.
於2020年5月獲 LIBF 英國倫敦銀行與金融學院選為會士，為澳門地區首位獲此名銜的澳門人士。英國倫敦銀行與金融學院成立於1879年，是英國皇家特許學會之一，為全球金融行業培養優秀的現代金融人才。
For the further institutional development for the Industry and Professional Education, since 2025 the official institute name has been approved by the government department of United Kingdom to change as Walbrook Institute London (LIBF and LFBF are remaining for the honor and the operation). At present, the institute has 29,000 members worldwide, distributed in 130 countries and regions.
在新時代下的金融業全球發展及教育大趨勢，由2025年再獲英國政府批准更改其學院名稱為 — Walbrook Institute London，並同時保持兩個重要機構 — LIBF (The London Institute of Banking and Finance) 及 LFBF (The London Foundation of Banking and Finance) ，現時學院全球會員達29,000人，並分佈於130國家和地區。
