資深澳門銀行家，現為國金亞洲顧問有限公司總裁及創辦人，澳門泊車管理股份有限公司監事會主席，新栢嘉(橫琴)發展有限公司顧問，澳門市務學會榮譽顧問。

周先生從事澳門銀行業長達33年，在銀行業退休前為本澳知名銀行集團的高級行政管理層成員，歷年來主管多個行銷機關及行政管理部門。曾遠赴美國、英國、新加坡、中國內地等參予由國際知名的金融和學術機構開辦的企業領導培訓課程。在銀行業的專業背景下，為他建立了廣闊的國際視野和豐富的澳門人事網路，在澳門工商界享有良好的聲譽。

他熟悉中、英、葡這三國語言，使周先生除了累積豐富的企業管治及組織領導能力外，在長期主管銀行的信貸管理、銀團貸款、風險分析、及開拓澳門和中國貸款市場的商業背景下，他對各類企業風險的應對、緩解和管理具備豐實的理論和深厚的實踐經驗。

Patrick is an experienced Banker in Macau. He is the President & Founder of GoldChess Asia Consulting Ltd, Chairman of Supervisory Board of Companhia de Parques de Macau S.A, Consultant of San Pak Ka (HQ) Development Company Ltd, Honorary Consultant of Macau Marketing Institute.

He obtained the 33 years banking experience and was one of the senior executives of a leading Macau bank at time of retirement. He had supervised the different key business and administration departments in the bank. Had been in USA, UK, Singapore and Mainland China for corporate leadership training with the rich international-viewpoint and extensive business network in Macau.

Mr. Chau gained the high respect at the industrial and commercial community of Macau.

He is fluent in Chinese, English and Portuguese, with proven experience in corporate governance and organizational leadership. Through the long term exposure in bank lending, syndicated loans, risk analysis and the participation of development of Macau and China credit markets, he has accumulated in-depth experience on risk evaluation, mitigation and management.

資深企業管理人及企業合夥人。國金亞洲顧問有限公司董事及共同創辦人、華創集團執行董事、華創中葡產業發展有限公司執行董事、澳門中葡體育產業有限公司執董事、澳門中科拓達農業科技有限公司執行董事、澳門愛健醫療用品公司執行董事、澳門市務學會會長。

周先生為三個英國皇家特許學會的會士。2020年獲選為LIBF英國倫敦銀行與金融學院會士*，2016年獲選為CIM英國特許市務學會會士，並為首位澳人獲得這兩個英國金融及市場學學會授予會士會銜。同年再獲選為CMI英國特許管理學會會士。2021年獲粵港澳大灣區企業家聯盟選為粵港澳大灣區傑出青年企業家獎項*。

自1996進入UM澳門大學工商管理學院，2000年獲澳門大學工商管理學士及主修市場學。後攻讀由美國斯坦福大學工程學院及土木與環境工程教授 Raymond Elliot Levitt 所主導創辦的斯坦福大學高級項目管理課程SAPM，2011年獲授予美國斯坦福大學項目管理經理人專業資格（Stanford Certified Project Manager, SCPM）。2020年獲得巴黎高等商學院-比利時列日大學高級企業管理碩士（HEC-Liège EMAM）。除企管外，多年來進修航空運輸風險管理課程，包括IATA國際航空運輸協會機場地勤安全證書、ISAGO地勤安全審計培訓證書（航機地面管理）等風控課程。

從事金融業及商業逾二十年，歷任澳門保險股份有限公司副總經理，主管零售市場業務及銀行保險部、壽險核保部和公司團壽險再保險等部門；法國安盛保險公司澳門營銷管理人及主管澳門地區業務；澳門保險經紀有限公司前任共同創辦人。2014年起由企管人轉為創業人，與股東們共同創立：金融及企業併購顧問、醫療用品貿易、中葡商貿等跨界別公司，並出任房地產發展商、律師事務所的公司顧問。近年投資於澳門與中葡產業板塊，並以華創中葡產業發展公司為中葡板塊核心。

在參與TC標準化技術工作組上，現為CCPIT-CSC中國貿促會商業委員會的四個標準化技術委員會委員（職業教育與培訓標委會、人力資源管理標委會、綠色低碳貿易標委會、展覽會議標委會）。2022年再入選為中國廣東省人力資源標準化技術委員會委員、中國廣東省人力資源管理協會專家庫委員。

在產學研轉化及專業教育方面，現為澳門大學校友會副主席，並出任澳門大學友生啟導計畫導師逾十五年。曾為澳門大學創新創業中心孵化團隊遴選委員會委員及導師。2023年獲澳門大學禮任為澳門大學張崑崙書院資深校友導師，同年再獲邀任為美國哈佛大學2023HMUN模擬聯合國中國會議—澳門地區首席顧問，以及獲CIM英國特許市務學會邀任為澳門特使（CIM MacauAmbassador）。現為中國貿促會調解員、全國現代服務業職業教育集團副理事長、廣東省佛山市創業導師、澳門青年創業孵化中心顧問（國家級眾創空間）。

現任澳門中華總商會青年委員會常委、澳門公務人員法政研究學會榮譽會長，曾任中國河北省青聯委員（第九、十、十一屆）。並受邀參與國內外研討工作及論壇：AMF亞洲營銷聯盟理事會理事、馬來西亞營銷學會會士、中國貿促會商委會團體標準（營銷職能指南）起草人、澳門大學榮譽學院榮譽論壇講者、第七屆世界商業倫理論壇講者、2020AMF亞洲營銷日講者、2019亞洲中小企業峰會暨中國品牌全球化論壇講者、中銀盃百萬獎金澳門區創業大業評委等。

Danny worked with the expertise in financial industry & commerce about 20 years. Since 2014 started up his own companies (financial consulting, M&A consulting, medical products trading, etc), and is also the corporate consultant of real estate developer and law office. The Macau & Sino-Luso trading is one of his recent key services. He served as Deputy General Manager of Macau Insurance Company Ltd and supervised the retail business channel, including bancassurance department, life underwriting department & re-insurance. He was engaged as Manager of Agency Management Department of AXA Macau for supervising sales business of Macau region. The former Co-Founder of Macau Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Currently he is engaged as: Chairman of Macau Marketing Institute, Vice-Chairman of Alumni Association of University of Macau, Youth Committee Member of Macau General Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Hon. President of Association of Legal & Political Research of Macau Public Servants, Advisor of UM Centre of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Advisor of Macau Youth Entrepreneurship Incubation Centre, Advisor of China FoShan Entrepreneurship Centre, CCPIT Recognized Mediator, CCPIT-CSC Standardization Committees Members, Vice President of China National Modern Vocational Education Group, Fellow of Institute of Marketing Malaysia, Board of Asia Marketing Federation etc.

He was Former Member of China Hebei Province Youth Federation (9th, 10th, 11th), and had been invited as the key drafter of CCPITCSC Guideline for training & assessment of marketer, mentor of University of Macau Alumni Mentorship Program, speaker of Honours Forum of Honours College of University of Macau, The 7th World Business Ethics Forum, 2020 AMF Asia Marketing Day, 2019 Asia SME Conference & China Brand Globalization Forum, BOC Trophy of 1million Macau Regional Entrepreneurship Competition etc.
